Service & Maintenance
Piedmont Access Control provides repair and maintenance services for all of the equipment we sell as well as for most major brands. We serve residential and commercial customers throughout the North Carolina Piedmont Triad area. Our preventative maintenance agreements include scheduled visits one to four times per year depending upon usage. You can rely on us to make sure your system is installed correctly and functioning at optimal safety and efficiency.

- Have your operator and model # ready.
- What type of problem you're experiencing.
- What type of controls/accessories you have installed on your system.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Check if your breaker and/or GFCI receptacles may be tripped or turned off
- Check your remote batteries
- Perform system reset as outlined in your user manual
